Jazzonian is pleased to announce its new innovative education program called TOUCH JAZZ. Developed by musician Bobby Ramire, TOUCH JAZZ encompasses experiential entertainment event activities that accentuate the total experience of Jazz; exploring the history, its evolution and modern day variations.
“The goal of TOUCH JAZZ is to help people articulate and internalize what is like to be a Jazz musician; thereby becoming part of the totally interactive Jazzonian sensory experience,” said Bobby Ramirez, Founder and President of Jazzonian. “Whether you’re a child or adult, Jazz is an artform that touches people’s emotions and senses in different ways. We want to engage every individual from the audience in a personal way.”
TOUCH JAZZ can be easily intergraded as part of a music school program, summer camp or special event. Jazzonian can also develop and customize TOUCH JAZZ interactive programming that can include concert performances by great local Jazz artists, workshops, Jazz art/photo exhibition, seminars, and film festival, Jazz listening parties at area schools, parks, theaters, recreational centers throughout South Florida, as well as collaborating with other area wide music cultural arts organizations.
TOUCH JAZZ is part of the educational cultural arts community outreach initiative in conjunction with the “The Magical World of Jazz!” multimedia traveling exhibition presented by JAZZONIAN. For information, contact: info@jazzonian.org
