Exhibit

The Jazzonian permanent collection that is part of its multimedia traveling exhition highlights the origins of Jazz while showcasing amazing photographic representations from legendary master visual artists—including: Herman Leonard, William P. Gottlieb, Art Kane, and Ted Williams.

Images include some of the most beloved founding fathers of Jazz, including: New Orleans Cornet master King Oliver and his Creole Jazz band; Louis Armstrong; Tito Puente; Dexter Gordon; Ella Fitzgerald; Billy Holiday; Duke Ellington; Dizzy Gillespie; Charlie Parker; John Coltrane; Mario Bauz;, Miles Davis; and others! More images and other memorabilia continues to be added to the Jazzonian permanent collection every year.

As part of our commitment to inspire, educate, and bring people together, Jazzonian is available as a multimedia traveling exhibit to local community schools, institutions and organizations seeking to create more awareness of Jazz while celebrating the rich history of this unique American art form.

The Jazzonian multimedia exhibit can also be presented as part of a special event that spotlights a historical Theme based on early 20th Century's Golden Age of Jazz.
