Jazzonian Inspires Youth at the 2nd Annual Exceptional Young Jazz Leaders Band Festival

Today we proudly bequeath and entrust the future of Jazz in the capable hands of South Florida's best and brightest Young Jazz Leaders!

(Saturday, October 27th, 2012 - Fort Lauderdale, FL) The Jazz Museum of Florida, Inc (Jazzonian) was very please to present the 2nd Annual Exceptional Young Jazz Leaders Band Festival once again at the Bienes Center for the Arts in Fort Lauderdale, featuring the following distinguished South Florida school ensembles: Parkway School of the Arts, Florida Atlantic University, Dillards Center for the Arts, A.W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts, and Have You Seen Miss Rios.

"Jazz has the potential to inspire any kid to be a great leader. And that is exactly what happened at the Jazzonian 2nd Annual Exeptional Young Jazz Leaders Band Festival," said Founder and President of Jazzonian, Bobby Ramirez.

All proceeds from this event benefited the Young Jazz Leaders Scholarship Fund and Jazzonian educational community outreach cultural arts programs.

Jazzonian was proud to recognize the 2012 Young Jazz Leaders Band Festival Honorees: Allen Kanovski and Florence Eisenberg (RIP). Generous sponsors: Blue Jean Blues, Bienes Center for the Arts, Jazziz Magazine, plus wonderful media supporter Radio Esperanza 1550 AM

All proceeds from this event will benefit Jazzonian Young Jazz Leaders Scholarship education fund. More about Jazzonian
