Jazzonian proudly presents the 2nd Annual Exceptional Young Jazz Leaders Band Festival

Saturday, October 27th, 2012

Jazzonian recognizes how important it is for young musicians to have the opportunity to perform. They need the chance to meet other students, gain experience and broaden their horizons through the medium of music. We are proud to offer music directors a chance to demonstrate their group’s abilities as they perform.

Jazzonian is extremely pleased to recognize our 2012 Young Jazz Leaders Band Festival Honorees: Allen Kanovski and Florence Eisenberg (RIP).

Jazzonian Established the 1st Annual Exceptional Young Jazz Leaders Band Festival and Scholarship Education Fund

Today we proudly bequeath and entrust the future of Jazz in the capable hands of South Florida's best and brightest Young Jazz Leaders!

The Young Jazz Leaders Scholarship was established to provide financial assistance to promising young high school and college level Jazz musicians with the goal of inspiring individuals to become high achievers, developing future leaders in the community, empowering the next generation of Jazz musicians, and nurturing young fans of this artform.

Jazz Museum of Florida, Inc (dba Jazzonian, South FLorida Jazz Summit, & Young Jazz Leaders) is a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization.
